At the Immobilienmanager Award in February 2019, we won the prize in the Investment category with our smartments product line. We are delighted about this, as it is the result of many years of teamwork.

The GBI includes the smartments and smartments student products, both of which are aimed at a different group.
smartments was primarily developed for professional and private travelers who need or want to stay in a large city for several weeks or months.
So far, there are houses in the cities of Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Mannheim and Vienna. Each accommodation is well located and has excellent public transport connections. This makes it easy to get from A to B, even without a car.
smartments student, on the other hand, is aimed at students and trainees, as the name suggests. Close to universities and also well connected to public transport, these properties are geared towards the needs of young people. They can already be found in 17 locations, from Berlin to Essen, Frankfurt, Freiburg and Vienna. It is possible to live here in a single apartment or a two- or three-bedroom apartment. Each house also has communal rooms where you can study together as well as celebrate. For the best possible student experience!
