This is what our check-in terminal at smartments in Munich looks like

On the day of arrival, our guests receive information about their arrival with their name and the corresponding reservation number. The guest can easily identify themselves at the check-in kiosk with their name and reservation number. A digital registration form is then opened, which only needs to be completed and signed. They can then encode their key themselves. Check-in is complete.

The best thing about it: 24-hour check-in means no more waiting at reception and every guest can arrive when they want. Instead of strict times, there is more flexibility and freedom even before you actually move in.

Lost the key? No problem either. A replacement key is quickly coded. The Hotelbird app can also be used as a room key.
